Srikanth has tried his hands in both action and romantic films and had tasted his share of success. Now, he is trying to earn mass hero status with ‘Bambharakannaley’. But the acceptance and recognition has to come from the public. Here, Srikanth has given an honest effort to get what he wants. The film has indeed given him ample scope to showcase his acting skills.

In the film, Srikanth, a young low class man goes to Ooty to get a job. But he ends up falling in love with Aarthy Agarwal. Meanwhile, her parents arrange her marriage to Vikram Adhithya, a slim cookie. Aarthy reveals the true image of Adhithya with the help of Srikanth and the marriage gets halted. Srikanth returns to Chennai following a series of events and on the other hand, Adhithya is determined to take revenge on him for breaking his alliance with Aarthy. The rest of the story tells whether Aarthy is able to pay back Srikanth’s love and whether Adhithya accomplishes his mission.

Srikanth’s place in romantic and action is firm and strong. Now, he is making another genuine effort to become a mass hero. He prepares and does his role very well. Tollywood actress Aarthy Agarwal has done a splendid job by providing the required glamour to the film. It is her debut film in Tamil. Vikram Adhithya’s performance is also good and Vadivelu exposes the laughter veins of the audience at regular intervals. Director of the film Parthe Bhaskar has the capacity to make good mass masala films. The music of the film by Srikanth Deva is also soothing and pleasant. On the whole, it is a good mass film, where hero Srikanth is giving his might to earn a name as a mass hero.
